The look and texture of these hangers is created by a process we call "Flocking". The actual process of how we do this is a closely guarded Mainetti secret - not every velvet hanger will look and feel as luxurious as a Mainetti velvet hanger.

Firstly we coat the hanger with an ultra fine adhesive spray; the hanger then goes through an electrostatic controlled charged environment where the fibres are attracted to the coated surface. Depending on the finish the hanger may go through this process many times.

Each hanger is then hand finished before being carefully packed.
