Delivery


We aim to ship as quickly as possible, our standard delivery is 5-10 working days for products in stock, for any items that are out of stock we will inform you of the delivery time before we accept your order.

Please note.
At present, we cannot ship to countries outside of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

On custom or made to order products you will be informed directly, these special orders can have extended lead times of up to three months

We are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but if you leave a message and contact details we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence to us.

Your Right to Cancel & Return

If you are a consumer (which means you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business, or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other statutory rights, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund from us (including the cost of delivery). If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing either by email at or by letter to:

within thirty working days, following the day on which the goods are delivered to you. Where you exercise your right to cancel the order, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

We will refund for your order for the full amount including postage if the hangers your have received are faulty.

If you wish to return the hangers which are not faulty we will refund you the full amount, minus the delivery charge.
